regardless of how in fashion the skirt is, it will be worn, but worn properly. A seamstress or tailor is like a bestfriend in fashion. When clothes actually fit -- the body and the clothing are a match made in heaven.

So, when a hand-me-down comes your way, see the future potential, don't just take it for what it is.

Hand-me-downs even some clothes at good well -- can be special pieces.
